Ξ Double C

70 x 50 cm / 40 x 40 cm – 2 pieces

Cocky and calm. Order and chaos. Rules and their destruction. Composition and its absence. Such different, sometimes opposing concepts. Solitary, mundane, and unnecessary on their own. But in their union and combination, we see how they complement each other.

Just like the world around us, people, events – none of it is flat and one-dimensional. It’s the presence and understanding of volume and depth that gives rise to a sense of realism, completeness, and life.

Understanding and embracing the multifaceted nature of what surrounds us and what’s within us isn’t always easy. But it’s always right. That’s what this painting is about. About combination, complement, and life.
